extra-ordinary. Living in community, focused on God’s love through the example of the Holy Family, we are
witness to that love in our daily lives of ministry and prayer.

2008 Vocation Events across the U.S. Province
Come and See Days are designed for high school and college-age women to spend a day with the sisters, to “come and see” what life is like with the Sisters of the Holy Family of Nazareth.
Discernment Weekends are retreat weekends for women age 18 and older who are
seriously considering a vocation to the religious life.

“Nun Run” sponsored by the Chicago Archdiocesan Vocation Association |

The Sisters of the Holy Family of Nazareth are participating in the annual ‘nun run,’ a 24-hour-plus experience that enables women to visit four sisters’ houses – convents of four different congregations – from one evening to the next. Transportation, overnight hospitality, meals, prayer and fun are available to participants. Single Catholic women, ages 18 to 38, interested in exploring religious life are encouraged to attend.
